Donald Trump taps former WWE boss Linda McMahon for cabinet position

McMahon will head up the Small Business Administration President-elect Donald Trump is naming a former professional wrestling mogul to his cabinet. Linda McMahon, the 68-year-old former CEO of WWE, has been tapped to head up the Small Business Administration. McMahon unsuccessfully ran for the U.S. Senate in 2009 and 2010. She also founded Women’s Leadership Live, a startup aimed at boosting opportunities for women in the business world. The decision comes just a week after Trump met with McMahon to discuss job creation. According to Trump, McMahon is a “champion for small businesses.” “Linda has a tremendous background and is widely recognized as one of the country’s top female executives advising businesses around the globe,” Trump said in a statement. “She helped grow WWE from a modest 13-person operation to a publicly traded global enterprise with more than 800 employees in offices worldwide.” McMahon was congratulated on Twitter by her husband Vince McMaho...

Jackie Chan Starring in Joe Carnahan’s ‘Five Against a Bullet’

Lorenzo di Bonaventura is producing the project though this Di Bonventura Pictures for Sony along with Suretone Pictures, Jordan Schur through Mimran Schur Pictures and Chan. Carnahan came on to the project in 2014 to direct and re-write Alex Litvak’s script, set in a small Mexican town under attack by the drug cartel. The story centers on five the world-weary bodyguards who are signed on to protect a Mexican politician after his father is murdered by a cartel, ahead of an election.
